After you select the file, you can open the file by clicking Open (Figure 3).

You can use the Selection dialog box for layout purposes, too. Select the Unite command to make the start point the same as the end point. You can also draw or add a rectangle by selecting Rectangle from the tool bar. This tool enables you to create any shape you want. You can use the directional keys on the keyboard to control the size and the position of the shape. You can use the Selection tool to move the selected shape. Click the Delete key when you are finished with the shape you have created.

The El Havre Citadel (, ) is a fortification located in El Havre, Normandy, France. It was the first capital of Normandy, a duchy of the kingdom of France.
