The story in the game is really amazing and you feel the presence of characters in the story. Bad news. The Switch version is absolutely not worth getting (Grimvald said this). It has blatant bugs, does not support 3D, and literally looks like a Half-Life 2 mod. I’ve been playing this game on PC for months and it was actually noticeably better on PC, but it doesn’t matter. This is a game that has virtually nothing going for it except for extremely limited graphics/animations.

STORY OF THE GAME

iOS6 OpenGL deprecated situation regarding deprecation
When running OpenGL ES 2.0 sample code on my iPad 3 (iOS 6) I get a lot of deprecation warnings and the POD from gl.h is no longer fully implemented.
Is this a known issue?
I wouldn’t believe it is, as my company’s iPad 3’s at the moment are still running iOS 5.

Apple indicates that they’ve decided to remove support for OpenGL ES 2.0 from the iPad 3rd generation (and prior), which can be found on the “iOS Human Interface Guidelines” website, specifically in the “Retina Displays” section:
Note: If you rely on the OpenGL ES 2.0 API, you should avoid this new iPad and use OpenGL ES 3.0 for all of your apps.
In general, it’s not a good idea to generate warnings (or even errors) based on features that may be removed in the future.

I built a chat server using websockets in python using the Tornado framework that uses Akka.
Currently i am simply broadcasted the message to every client in the room using these line of code:

This works fine but when you close the room, the message sent before that time survives and other clients recieve it.
Is there a way to either remove the message or to simply empty the queue after closing the message was sent?
A:
You don’t need to broadcast a message if you don’t want one, or you can broadcast a message but not broadcast it to anyone (just the room, so you no longer need to send it).
A simple approach would be to store all the messages in a queue, and when someone gets a message from another room, check that queue. If it’s empty then ignore it (it doesn’t need to be broadcast). If it isn’t, send it on (for example, through a socket, the message can hop from queue to socket).
Here’s a very simple chat sample from the Tornado docs, which uses the same approach.
