I’ve been playing WOW for a long time but decided it’s time for a new frontier (unlike in WOW where I battle players). I’ve played a few other games, but none were quite what I was looking for.
That’s when I thought of a game called Aquaria. It’s also one of the cheapest games on steam (cheaper than WOW of course). So I played the game because I wanted to play it, not because I am a rich WOW player.
I’ve been playing it for 3 days now and I’m hooked.
Every so often a new monster would come into the landscape. It wasn’t fast paced. I knew from it’s appearance that it wasn’t going to attack me first. It just seemed interested in me. I could see the little heart on the monster’s chest. There was this strong pull between me and the monster. An emotion between the two of us. An emotion I felt while playing WOW. I would run towards the monster but it was gone before I got there. It didn’t have attack speed, it just couldnt help but to be there.
I kept playing, I kept walking towards them all. I soon realized I was collecting them.
I’ve been collecting them, and I collect them like this:
I pick up the monsters (the ones that are colored), and drag them to a designated spot. I’m not limited by how many I can pick up. There is no set number of monsters in the world. I will collect them all.
I tried to kill the monsters, but when they attacked me, their heart would turn to stone. (the heart on the chest I mentioned earlier). I couldnt kill the monster (for real) until I could collect the heart (and I really wanted to kill it because it was called a Devil), after I gathered all the hearts the monster would die.
At first I thought they were in place to help the player (ie: collect a bunch of monsters and then you win the game because there are no more monsters).
Then I realized this game wasnt about winning or losing. The monsters were there to help collect

So far I’m a big fan of the demo game so far, but I want to understand some stuff and how it works.
What will the costs be like if I had bought the game when it released and not played this demo? What will happen if I take the game and install it on another PC? Will I loose everything I have made so far?

Installing the Demo at a later time and never downloaded what you earned in favor of re-installing the Demo.
If you wipe everything, you will loose everything. In trade you will lose the title of “platinum booster”
This is a demo game, so you won’t lose anything of value other than the virtual benefit of the game.
So the moral of this story is just play the demo and save yourself the headache.
